Many samples are intended to function in complex matrices, or the samples are in themselves highly complex. It is critical to use the proper combination of a non-invasive, non-biased sample preparation paired with the suitable and relevant technique for the task at hand.
At SOLVE we often work with complex samples that many contract labs consider too difficult to work with. A few examples of the type of data that can be obtained are given here:
1) Size separation of a plasma sample (without any filtering, centrifugation or extraction prior to analysis).
2) Separation and detection of a fluorescently labeled antibody in a serum sample.
3) Separation of milk
