The use of antibodies has revolutionized biochemistry, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.  As such it is a class of proteins that have attracted a tremendous interest and are the focus of much characterization. To follow the stability, aggregation, degradation, and interactions of antibodies in various formulations, model systems and complex matrices are therefore of high interest.
