The development of today’s more advanced therapeutic drugs often involves the use of complexes, conjugates, encapsulation or associating the API via different other components of the product. Examples are ADCs, or the use of different drug carriers such as liposomes, solid-lipid nanoparticles, and PLGA, used in nanomedicine. To properly understand such complex compounds and their interactions, it is critical to characterize them, both in formulation and in body fluids such as serum and plasma. It may be, however, a challenging task to investigate these complex products and it may require an assortment of different techniques. At SOLVE we offer a range of the most advanced techniques allowing such complexes and conjugates to be characterized.
